

I feel conditioned as I’ve been training for a couple months. This will be 48 miles in 48 hours for understanding. Hi all, So I’m doing David Goggins 4x4x48, run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours (for charity). I love the grind and I don’t plan on slowing down. Doing David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge- need some tips. The Challenge is over the end of December. The Challenge Pacer is 4.5 miles per day x 3 days per week x 48 weeks x 85 550 miles.
